How to reset the CareWindow unit

Begin by unpairing the unit:

  1. Tap the Home screen

  2. Tap the “Pair” button

  3. Select “Unpair”

Next, go to your user section to clear your info:

  1. From the Home screen, tap your photo in the top-right

  2. Remove the name and photo
