CareWindow provides an easy-to-use live video connection, bringing families closer together, no matter the distance.

You can connect the CareWindow via WiFi, Ethernet or 4G. Please note for 4G a data SIM for the product will need to be purchased separately (as we're still selecting a preferred cell data provider), and we provide clear instructions on how to do this for all customers.
